Experience Kettlebell Training
at Charlotte Athletic Club

Kettlebell Training is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups. You will develop strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning through this ultimate “momentum-based” workout.

When used correctly, kettlebells are extremely effective training tools for providing total-body strength and conditioning, super efficient in burning calories and initiating rapid fat loss.

Really nice place with a great locker room. Very convenient for downtown business types. They have all kinds of classes and yoga available to members. They also have a laundry service for you’re gym clothes so you’re not taking an extra bag with you to work everyday.
