Vinyasa flow classes are based on fluid movement, synchronizing breath work (pranayama) and asana (movement).
Hot Yoga is in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees. Our class utilizes heat to systematically work the entire body, loosening your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing your overall well being, inside and out. Our class format incorporates strength, balance and flexibility.
YIN Slow Flow
A much slower asana based yoga practice with longer holds; Yin, Slow Flow, and Deep Stretch Yoga targets the connective tissue, ligaments, bones and even the joints.
Power Flow Yoga
Power Yoga is a vigorous approach to Vinyasa yoga. Expect to sweat by building and maintaining heat through pranayama and rigorous asana.
Jivamukti classes consist of pranayama, mantra, dharma talks, chanting, alignment exploration, hands on assisting and flowing Vinyasa sequences.
