Mirko is an experienced exercise professional. He comes from Slovakia where he obtained his Master’s degree in Education and Sports Science, with a specialization in strength and sport-specific conditioning. He has 14 years experience playing soccer both professionally first division (16 and under) and semi – professionally third division (age 17 – 24).

His passion for soccer led him to become a Youth Strength & Conditioning Assistant Coach for his Club in Slovakia.

In winters between 2008-2010, he spent his time on mountain slopes instructing Skiing and Snowboarding.

In 2010,  he moved to Australia where he attended The Australian Institute of Fitness. He graduated as a Master Personal Trainer, with a knowledge base of exercise science, functional training, and special health considerations.

Since 2015, he is spreading his passion for health and fitness here in Charlotte.

Mirko’s vision is a unique approach utilizing the latest scientific research in the fields of functional medicine, exercise science and nutrition, combined with years of industry experience. He is able to  identify the root cause of the issue that is holding you back from being your best self. This truly extraordinary outlook takes into account that everyone is unique and requires specific training programs to achieve faster access to healthy and safe results.
