Connor Hower

Connor was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He has resided in Charlotte for the past 10 years which included earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. Prior to his training here at Charlotte Athletic Club, Connor was developing specialized training programs for clients with a scientific approach at the Ritter Sports Performance Center. He worked to enhance athletic performance and utilize cutting edge techniques for injury prevention.

He has experience training and coaching youth in competitive settings for football and basketball as well as training and working with clients of all ages individually to achieve their fitness goals. His work with the DYNAMIC Performance Sports and Scholarship Fund led him to directing sports camps and coach teams all year around to maximize each player’s athletic ability and help them reach their potential on and off the field. Hower spent four years investing his skills in building the DYNAMIC Leadership University Program as a mentor and coach for high school and middle school student-athletes here in the City of Charlotte.

Connor holds an A.C.E. personal trainer certification and plans to expand on those credentials. His well-rounded experiences and education level make him more than prepared to handle all training situations and client fitness goals. Outside of work, he plays flag football competitively, officiates high school athletics and enjoys staying active.
