Chris is a Charlotte native. In 2011, he earned his Bachelors degree in exercise science from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. After deciding against Medical school, he followed his passion for health and fitness and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, has over 20 years of athletic experience, and has worked as a personal trainer for 6 years. He’s worked with healthy individuals striving towards personal fitness goals, athletes on sports specific goals, and diseased populations in cardiac rehab. He has a personalized approach to fitness, emphasizing the importance of nutrition in a complete fitness program. Specializing in body weight and functional training, Chris brings a no-nonsense philosophy to fitness that focuses on movements that matter and prevent injuries down the road.
