An Appalachian State graduate in the field of Exercise Science, Chas is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer. His training style tends to lean heavily toward the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He focuses on Functional Training and weight loss. During his personal time, he actively participates in CrossFit challenges, soccer, basketball, and any activity that leads him to the outdoors.
