GROUP EXERCISE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL TRAINER
Britney Greenwood comes to Charlotte Athletic Club with more than 12 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. As a track and field athlete and competitive dancer, she developed a desire to understand movement and biomechanics. A graduate of Western Illinois University, she has used her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Physiology to work at high-end gyms across America. She has worked with competitive dance teams and athletes of all levels and ages. Britney is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a certified Pilates and TRX Suspension Training Instructor. Her background allows her to cover anything from pre and post-rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, corrective exercise, general strength training and weight loss, youth conditioning, aquatics rehab, and boot camp style workouts. One of her greatest accomplishments was recently competing in her first figure competition in April of 2013.
