Trainer and Instructor certified trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, Amy specializes in high intensity strength and conditioning utilizing both functional and sport specific strategies to help clients reach their goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, or build strength and endurance for the demands of your active lifestyle, Amy will provide fun and challenging workouts to get you on track. She teaches Hard HIIT, Power X, and Fight Club.
When she’s not in the gym, Amy can be found on the ice. She is a professional skater and instructor for both figure and hockey. Amy enjoys making time for coaching athletes young and old.
